All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. We only accept returns for refund or exchange, for items damaged in transit.
To be eligible for a refund or exchange, you must first email us within 7 days of receiving the product at email@example.com or whatsapp us on +91 8700620071/ +91 9910913166 or DM us at our Instagram handle to alert us of the damage, then return the damaged item to us. Upon receipt of the damaged item we will ship out a replacement, if available. If a replacement is not available we will refund the full purchase price of your item.
